At The DUD Store, we follow an Exchange Only Policy.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Personal preference
- Delayed delivery by courier partners
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if: - The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong product has been delivered
Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a complete 360-degree unboxing video.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly display the shipping label
- Show the package condition
- Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be approved.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
The DUD Store reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the submitted evidence.
